The location was amazing, heaps close to everything, but the room was smelly and the air con was dodgy, leaking all over. Chur to the staff for being accommodating, though!

The air conditioning failed and it was very hot. The window's in the yard, but it's noisy. The showers are dirty.

Had a real good stay in our good sized and silent room with great showers, comfortable bed plus AC.

The rooftop terrace provides a amazing view of Kandy, especially during sunset.

Very convenient location

The beds were moving around all the time, staying up half the night, driving around.

It was clean and the staff were caring, beds were comfortable. Our hotel was in the best possible location very close to the Temple of the Tooth. Moreover, it's close to all important places and an ancient and magnificent church.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the Temple of the Tooth and the lake.

I was disheartened to find my room lacking basic cleanliness. The air conditioning unit was not working well, requiring me to switch rooms multiple times. Despite the pleasant staff, the ongoing maintenance issues detracted greatly from my overall experience, leaving me feeling frustrated.

Great city center location

The central location made exploring Kandy easy. I loved discovering local shops and the famous Temple of the Tooth, all a short walk away. Plus, the staff was accommodating!

The noise from the city streets was quite disruptive, especially at night. I also noticed that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking variety for a more satisfying start to the day.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but this hotel was dark and smelled like kitchen fumes, unacceptable, especially for the price! To top it off, i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw that i had no complimentary welcome gift, as if i was just any guest. Absoutely disappointing.

Still, the service at check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the convenience of having various attractions nearby.

The food was very good and was pretty good . limited parking space available.
